Slovenia
May 29 - June 1, 2025
If you've ever wondered lately why Slovenia is a mountain climbing power, come with us to the camp and you'll understand. And if you've never thought about it, come too. We'll see altitudes above 2,000m, climb over 1,000m in one go, and enjoy incredible views. The roads in Slovenia are awesome, the people are nice and most importantly, this place that was made for cycling is not far at all.
Cycling
Honza and Radka regularly return to the local roads and this year they decided to take us all with them. Why? Because Slovenia is an ideal cycling destination and everyone should know it. Honza tuned all the swings to perfection - the routes will lead through Vršič, Predel, Mangart and Montemaggiore. Your eyes will thank you, but your legs won't thank you so much. But one thing is for sure, it will be worth it.

Come with us.
Just write a message to Radka:
How fit do I have to be to go to Slovenia with you?
Each day we set out in 3 groups, which differ mainly in average speed, but also in the mood of the group. It's up to you whether you join the performance group that tears up the asphalt or join the opposite end of the spectrum. Either way, a KOA van with refreshments and other support awaits everyone. The stages are going to be quite challenging, so having some mileage will definitely come in handy.

Arrival
On Thursday we will meet in Bovec, from where we will leave every day for the swing. We will travel on our own, but in the evening we will have dinner together.
The starter kit
On Friday before breakfast you can join the morning meditation. After that we will go on a 95km swing with a mountain premium to Predel. We will climb a total of 2,140m, so an evening yoga session will come in handy to help us recover for Saturday.
High altitude training
The morning programme is no different from Friday's. It will change after the start, when we will go above 2000 m above sea level to Mangart. On the way we will warm up with a fair climb to Vršič. Evening yoga will be more than necessary.
Full-fat Sunday or shorter swing without support
Sunday's swing definitely won't be free either. After an optional meditation and a longed-for breakfast, we will have 103 km with an elevation gain of 2,171 m. However, if you don't want to give it that much more before you leave, we have a 75km route with 816m of elevation gain without guides or an escort vehicle.
Reservation
The capacity of the camp is limited, so don't hesitate to book your place.
